Jered Egan and Martin Webster, your hosts at the West Branch House Bed and Breakfast in Delhi, NY welcome you to their home. They have spent 3 years renovating a mid-nineteenth century village house to showcase their collections of art and antiques. Most of all, they have set up this boutique B&B to make your visit with them completely comfortable and delightful.
		The two bedrooms, with queen size, pillow-top mattress beds, each have a full private bath, one with a whirlpool tub. Other amenities are cable television, wireless internet service, individual climate control, in-room telephones, a microwave and refrigerator just for guests, and full access to most rooms of the house. There's also an enormous screened back porch for bird-watching or reading (or even breakfast on mild mornings).
		Breakfasts are ample and delicious and are planned around local organic ingredients. Martin is a specialist in pancakes while Jered turns out wonderful breads and other baked goods. There's local bacon, and our eggs come from a farm nearby. We always offer fruit in season, and vegetables and herbs from our own gardens.
		Our location is perfect for visitors planning to visit SUNY Delhi, the shops and restaurants of our lovely town, or the surrounding hills. The Trailways bus leaves passengers two blocks from our doorstep or we're an easy three hour drive from Manhattan.
		The West Branch House is completely smoke- and pet-free so that the greatest number of guests can be most comfortable here. We happily accommodate our guests' special dietary needs with at least 24 hours notice.
