The Carriage House is a lovely Inn on a 150 acre farm nestled in the Catskill Mountains of Delaware County. With breathtaking views of rambling hills and farms, The Carriage House features a variety of accommodations to meet your vacation, holiday, or weekend getaway needs.

The nearby Hamlet of Bovina offers country tranquility, friendly people, historic homes, and a bit of heaven on earth. Accommodations include a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment, both located in the quest house. A studio apartment is located in the main house.

Each has a kitchen or kitchenette with full cooking facilities and a private bath. Continental breakfast on request.

Fishing, hunting, and other seasonal activities are all nearby. Relax by the pond and enjoy the mountain views, take the paddle boat out and look for frogs and fish, or simply take your time and explore.

About The Mountain Brook Inn

The Mountain Brook Inn is a uniquely designed, private, all-suite facility located directly above The Mountain Brook and The Little Delaware River. Each of the MBI’s 8 suites has a living room, full private bath, galley kitchen area and bedroom with varying bed sizes to comfortably accommodate parties of up to 4 or 5 guests in a suite. Amenities for the bedroom include a minimum of 350 thread count linens as well as hypo-allergenic comforters and pillows and various pillow weights on each bed to assure a good night’s sleep. We offer Natura brand sage shampoo, herbal liquid body wash, bar hand soup and body lotion as well as razors, make up removers and hair dryers. Our towels are all imported cotton and/or cotton blend including bath sheets & towels and embroidered hand towels in the 2nd floor suites.

Other amenities include clock radios, complimentary juice boxes in all the refrigerators, coffee makers, and a full service of plates, glasses, bowls, and cutlery for the dining tables.

And we deliver a continental breakfast to your door every morning with freshly ground coffee or tea, fruit in season and home baked muffins & cakes!

The MBI also serves a price fixed 3 course dinner on Saturday nights specializing in local meats & poultry and using home & locally grown produce and fruits in season. The Dining Room’s 7 tables are also available for catered parties & small wedding receptions. The menu changes weekly and can be found on our web site.

An “In Room” sandwich & soup picnic on weekends can be arranged for late night arrivals after the local restaurants have closed.

In 2011, construction will be completed in the Spring on our NEW 14×16 ft. outdoor pavilion replete with cupola and bell located in the sunflower gardens. It should be the perfect place for wedding ceremonies, concerts or just relaxing above the sounds of the Mountain Brook & Little Delaware Rivers.

There is an outdoor grill and picnic area next to the Inn – perfect for picnics, BBQs, and roasting marshmellow “smores”!

About The Williams Guest House

The Williams Guest House is a completely renovated whole house rental vacation home located on 16 scenic acres in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains one mile east of Bovina Center.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and all the appliances to make your stay comfortable (including iron and ironing board).

The house has three bedrooms. The Master bedroom (queen bed) is equipped with a hair dryer, comfort basket, and adjoining bathroom. Bedroom II (full bed) and Bedroom III (two twin beds) share the hallway bath.

Enjoy morning coffee or an evening bar-b-que on the back deck. Watch the wildlife in the surrounding fields!

We are handicap accessible with a ramp to the back deck.

Come visit us and experience the beauty of the Catskills! We are 75 minutes from the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, 45 minutes from the Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, and only 15 minutes from SUNY Delhi and their well known golf course.

About The Fisk House Bed and Breakfast

The Fisk House also offers Private Rentals – grab a group of friends or the whole family and rent the entire Fisk House for an unforgettable gathering.

On the main level of the house there is a large, center-hall foyer with glass french doors that open to a full dining room on the right, a warm living room and half bath on the left, and the full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and everything else you need to feel right at home.

On the second floor, there are five charming bedrooms and three full baths that are all restored and appointed with antiques and furnishings selected personally by Roxie to ensure a comfortable stay.

Outside you will find an inviting front porch and patio to relax on or to gather, lovely gardens a large lawn, and a heated pool surrounded by a slate patio, beautiful plantings, and of course an outdoor shower.

About The West Branch House

Jered Egan and Martin Webster, your hosts at the West Branch House Bed and Breakfast in Delhi, NY welcome you to their home. They have spent 3 years renovating a mid-nineteenth century village house to showcase their collections of art and antiques. Most of all, they have set up this boutique B&B to make your visit with them completely comfortable and delightful.

The two upstairs bedrooms, with queen size, pillow-top mattress beds, each have a full private bath, one with a whirlpool tub. Both have cable television, individual climate control and in-room telephones. The downstairs bedroom has one double bed and one single bed and is well suited for parents traveling with a child. It has a private bath with shower and cable television. Other amenities include wireless internet service, a microwave and refrigerator just for guests, and full access to most rooms of the house. There’s also an enormous screened back porch for bird-watching or reading (or even breakfast on mild mornings).

Breakfasts are ample and delicious and are planned around local organic ingredients. Martin is a specialist in pancakes while Jered turns out wonderful breads and other baked goods. There’s local bacon, and our eggs come from a farm nearby. We always offer fruit in season, and vegetables and herbs from our own gardens.

Our location is perfect for visitors planning to visit SUNY Delhi, the shops and restaurants of our lovely town, or the surrounding hills. The Trailways bus leaves passengers two blocks from our doorstep or we’re an easy three hour drive from Manhattan.

The West Branch House is completely smoke- and pet-free so that the greatest number of guests can be most comfortable here. We happily accommodate our guests’ special dietary needs with at least 24 hours notice.

About the Hidden Inn

The Hidden Inn is a restaurant, tavern and Inn located in South Kortright, New York, surrounded by the Western Catskill Mountains and has been one of the gems of South Kortright since it was built in 1893 and is an important part of countless memories for many generations of families and friends. Weddings, Graduations, Celebrations, Holiday Dinners, and casual get togethers are all cherished pieces of the Hidden Inn’s long history.

In 2011, under new ownership, The Hidden Inn completed a detailed renovation of the building and grounds. We welcomed all the friends, old and new, of the Hidden Inn back and thanks to them and our terrific Staff we are having a great 2012 Season.

The Hidden Inn has dedicated the entire second floor of the building to accommodating overnight guests. Many a weary traveler has rested at the Hidden Inn over the last century as the property was built in 1893 and was operated as the Ryer’s Hotel. We are centrally located to many of the popular wedding venues in the area and many Brides reserve the entire second floor for the wedding party or guests.

On the second floor of the Inn there are four, en-suite guest rooms and common areas that are decorated with comfortable antiques, many of which discovered in the homes and barns in the area.
